Safeguarding Standards

The Club strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all to play sport. In particular we have policies in place to protect children and adults participating in tennis and we ask that all players and parents observe our codes of acceptable behaviour both on and off court.

Our coach is fully LTA accredited, including an Enhanced DBS check and first aid training and we have a nominated welfare officer, Dan Newton, who can be contacted if you have any concerns about child or adult welfare at the club.

How to report a concern

If you have any concerns regarding the safety of a child or adult, or the behaviour of any club or committee member, you should contact our Club Welfare Officer.

Dan has had LTA Safeguarding Training and will take the details of your concern and if necessary escalate it to the team of professionals at the LTA.
